Kids ages 9-14 join us this summer to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, powerlifting and gymnastics.  This is a great supplement to other sports your kids may participate in or a great stand alone class to keep your kids active and healthy this summer.  There will be an emphasis on learning form, building teamwork and the basics of nutrition as well.  We will run 2- 4 week sessions starting Tuesday, June 14th.
